The Federal Central Invoice Submission Portal (Zentrale Rechnungseingangsplattform des Bundes, ZRE) allows companies and public authorities to centrally process incoming electronic invoices (e-invoices). Every effort is made to ensure that the information and functionalities provided on the ZRE website are correct, complete, up-to-date, clear and available at all times.

Users can access the functionalities and content of the ZRE via the internet, subject to technical availability. The website team endeavours to make the ZRE available to users without disruption, interruptions or data losses and to inform users promptly about any interruptions or restrictions to functionalities. Access to the ZRE may be restricted or temporarily interrupted due to essential maintenance and servicing work, development work, security and capacity issues and/or disruptions that are beyond the control of the website team (e.g. disruptions to communication networks, power failures, etc.). Users can access the ZRE services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From 08:00 to 18:00 each day, longer response times or temporary failure may occur due to maintenance work.
